My tutoring experience includes the opportunity to run a summer tutoring program at my community library. This program served students in K-3rd grades. The program was a success. It was very fulfilling to serve my community in this manner. I helped students see the benefit of reading through differentiated instruction. I take education very seriously. My grade point average upon completing my Masters program was a 3.886. Equally, I brought forth a grade point average of 3.72. I am very interested in students’ having the opportunity to excel in their learning. I am a very good teacher. It is my desire to utilize my skills continuously to advance students in their studies. My educational background is relevant and supportive of offering tutoring services. I have a Masters in Reading which encompasses 36 hours in reading instruction. This helps me to excel in the area of teaching reading. Equally, I have over 30 hours in English/Writing, and Language arts. I have a passion for writing which shows up in my abilities and training. I think the fact that I am a teacher is a very good way to offer my credentials in this manner. I am currently teaching in a K-8 building where it is my goal to make a concise impact on students' learning.
